The house is a charming wood frame shingle, with wrap around porch, designed for sitting on and watching sunsets over the Catskill Mountains. For rainy or cooler days, there is a comfortable enclosed sun porch. A well equipped kitchen, dining room with picture window, and living room with fireplace complete the ground floor. The small back porch has a half-bath, a barbeque grill, and looks out on a delightful yard.
